Table 301 ships most orders via Federal Express. Some orders may be shipped via the US Postal Service when appropriate, for example Table 301 and "Chef for a Day Experience" Gift Certificates.

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible.  Local orders can be expected to arrive within 7-10 days.  If, due to unforeseen circumstances, fulfillment occasionally takes more time than we'd like, you will be contacted about the estimated delivery time.
 
Books and gift certificates cannot be returned.  Defective merchandise must be reported to Table 301 via e-mail at (bethany@table301.com) within 48 hours upon delivery of your order.

Gift Certificates are shipped First Class via the US Postal Service. If you need to receive your certificate more quickly, please call Bethany at 864-232-7007 and she can make arrangements to adjust your order to include any shipping costs associated with the method you request.
